                      SOLICITING EXTERNAL FIELD TEST SITES

    

COMPANY CONFIDENTIAL - Please discuss this information at a non-disclosure
                       meeting.

    TeamRoute for ALL-IN-1 V1.1 is a point release, designed to operate in an 
    ALL-IN-1 V3.0 environment.  Our goal is to make TeamRoute availabile to 
    ALL-IN-1 V3.0 users as soon as possible.  As such, no new features 
    specific to ALL-IN-1 V3.0 (such as Groups, Shared Drawers, etc.) have been
    added; engineering efforts are being focussed strictly on making TeamRoute
    available to ALL-IN-1 V3.0 users.

    For details including FT registration information, please refer to note 
    #316 in ABBOTT::EBD notes file.  Note  FT site selection forms must be 
    completed within the next week due to the short development cycle.
