Hi;
I'm an SPS engineer working for DIGITAL TURKIYE.
I have a customer working with lotus for ALL-IN-1. They have a big
problem with sending 1-2-3 files with EM send option. Yes, they can
send without problem but while user try to convert incoming mail to
LOTUS 1-2-3 format ALL-IN-1 gives an error message like above;

I tried this function in all ways. From read folder, after filing
message , with LOTUS 1-2-3- send option, with EM send function....
Always it gives the same message. I tested copy function of ALL-IN-1
and it works fine for other files.
ANY HELP WILL BE APPRECIATED

| The problem is that you are trying to convert a "foreign" file. The
ALL-IN-1 DSAF doesn't have a real DSAB to use with foreign files so you
get the resulting error message after the COPY function discovers that
it can't process the file.
1-2-3 would need to provide its own data set before the convert
document option could work. They don't (at the moment). Their
integration is performed with AIM.
1-2-3 worksheets should be detached from mail messages and filed into
an appropriate folder before a user attempts to work with them.
