Hi,
My customer receives some mails and performs RFD after reading them. Two weeks
later,she cannot access the mail. If she tries to edit, the error message is
"Cannot edit a read message". If she tries to read it, only the date and title
appears and there is no contents at all. If she tries to print it, the error
message is "File cannot be found".
She is on ALL-IN-1 version 2.4. During the past two weeks, some housekeeping
routines would have been run. Only two mails in the folder has this problem.
Now, I am trying to find out whether it is RFD or any housekeeping routines
which may have caused this problem.
Would appreciate if anyone has any clues.

| Hi,
Is your customer patched up to date? There used to be usage count
problems with mail messages which might lead to your problem. But all
known such problems are fixed in the patches.
