| Hi,
First off you should want to be patched up to date, though to be honest
I don't remember this being a problem fixed in K604.
How many times after changing the flag have you run TRM? If once then
run it again ;^)
Did TRM show any errors in the log file?
Cheers

| I've run 2 times TRM after changing the CHECK BODY FILES flag.
There is some errors in the logfile. The logfile shows that some RMS
text file could not found when scanning a user's file cab like this:
Scanning User CKW's File Cab at 05:07 AM
------------------------------------------
RMS text file could not be found
error in device name or inappropriate device type for operation
Folder = DMS Number = 000245
Title = RE: STOCKROOM STRATEGY
RMS text file could not be found
error in device name or inappropriate device type for operation
Folder = FREIGHT AGENT Number = 000002
Title = ATTACHED MEMO FROM BOB SHAW
But there is no error found in other users' file cab after this user.
Can you get any idea?
If patch K604 has solved this problem, would you give me the location
where I can copy the patch?
Thanks,
Steven.

| I think I now recall what the problem is. I think your missing shared
files are referenced in the Pending file, and so are unread mail. I
don't think TRM will delete these references, but will just continue to
report them.
I think there is better reporting of this in later versions, but can't
remember whether K604 does it. K604 should be available from your
support centre.
Though it may not impact this problem, I recommend you track
down the source of the problems in CKW's File Cabinet. It sounds like a
logical is not defined properly. If this is the same logical used in
the filename as your missing shared files then it could be the problem.
Cheers
