Is it normal that the process OA$FCV in SUSPO? I mean out-swapped. ALL-IN-1 version is V2.4 and VMS version is V5.4-3. Thanks, Steven Lau

Yes it's normal. It's just there to prevent one of the ALL-IN-1
system-wide locks from ever going away.
