If you want to direct your customers to ALL-IN-1 training, or enroll in
a class yourself, there are many ALL-IN-1 courses available.  All courses
have been updated for V3.0.

The following are customer training courses that are currently available:

1. ALL-IN-1 V3.0: Technical Update (EY-H963E-L0)--for experienced ALL-IN-1
   system managers and application programmers who need to know what's
   new regarding their tasks.

2. ALL-IN-1 V3.0: New Features (EY-J810E-PR)--self paced course for end
   users on the new features of V3.0.

3. ALL-IN-1 V3.0: Manager (EY-H527E-L0)--updated version of the system
   manager course; for new system managers.

4. ALL-IN-1 V3.0: User Basics (EY-H529E-L0 for the Lecture/Lab course and
   EY-J817E-PR for the self-paced course)--for new ALL-IN-1 users.

5. WPS-PLUS V4.1: New Features (EY-J815E-PR)--self-paced course for
   experienced WPS-PLUS users on the new features.

6. Basic WPS-PLUS V4.1 (EY-H529E-L0 for the Lecture/Lab course and
   EY-J813E-PR for the self-paced course)--for new WPS-PLUS users.

7. Advanced WPS-PLUS V4.1 (EY-H520E-L0 for the Lecture/Lab course and
   EY-J814E-PR for the self-paced course)--advanced WPS-PLUS training 
   for the experienced WPS-PLUS user.

8. ALL-IN-1 V3.0 User Support (EY-H967E-L0)--directed towards the help 
   desk/support/administrator type of user.  Helps the student learn how 
   to train the users at their site.

9. ALL-IN-1 Application Programming I (EY-H543E-L0)--for new ALL-IN-1 
   application programmers.

10. ALL-IN-1 Application Programming II (currently awaiting a pilot)--for
    exeprienced ALL-IN-1 application programmers.
