I've received a remote mail from outside and it cannot be forwardable to other user. Then I use SH to show its header. The field FORWARDABLE is "NO". Other mails come from the same site does not have this problem. They are all marked "YES". Why this field set to "NO"? Can the user (remote) set its mail non-forwardable (I think it can't)? How can I change it? Thanks, Steven.

With the standard User Interface, there's no way the user can set the non-forwardable attribute. However, it's a very simple customisation, so someone may have changed the sender's system to add this facility. Or, if the user is knowlegable ad has the PRVCMD privilege set in his/her profile (perhaps a programmer?), she/he could easily do it by hand. Dave. |
