Hi,
I have 2 questions here.
1) I have installed a coexistent system v3 in my v2.4 ALL-IN-1. When my
system is running V2.4, I have DESKTOP V1.1 installed to work with.
I installed V3 coexistent system and then installed the DESKTOP V1.1
S-kit so that DESKTOP V1.1 will work with V3.0 ALL-IN-1. But, when I
call up the option DTO, the following error appears :
CANNOT find form "A1SVC$DTO$MENU"
How do I setup the system so that the DESKTOP V1.1 can work with V3
coexistent system ?
2) My customer had upgraded his V2.3 ALL-IN-1 to V3 and also had
installed the DESKTOP V1.1 S-kit to work with V3. When he tried the
DTO, he got the error "desktop user not setup properly" or something
like this. But he managed to do mailrun successfully.
Any setup need to be done to use the option DTO in V3 ? What to check?
