Hello, I have the following problem with a customer: ALL-IN-1 V2.4 (two languages English/Spanish) K603 patch WPS-PLUS V4.1 (OAW024) ALL-IN-1 desktop server V1.1 After installing the WPS-PLUS upgrade and the ALL-IN-1 desktop server, the A1 users get the message number 011FD40B when they enter to ALL-IN-1, in fact they should have entered in the spanish version, but they get into the english main menu (the message appears in the bottom of the screen). If they try to edit, create or read a document more messages are displayed, most of them begining with the number 011Fxxxx. When I gave VMS privileges to the users, they didn't have any trouble. They get into the spanish menues and no messages were displayed. I suppose the problem is due to a bad installed image/library or a directory/file with wrong protections/ownership, but I don't know where to look. Any ideas? Thanks, Juan Carlos

Juan,
I had this happened to me before. The only thing I remembered was I
made sure the image OA$LLVENGLISH.EXE was installed. (it was not)
after installing it, I still get the error but it was an ENGLISH error
so I started from there.

Thank you Ricardo, I found that the file was installed but it didn't have the right protections: I change it to S:RWED,O:RWED,G:RWED,W:RE and so far it seems to have no more problems. Is there something like an ALL-IN-1 troubleshooting guide for this problems? Best regards, Luis. | |||||
