    hello,
    
    A customer with ALL-IN-1 V3.0 would like to display the location 
    field in TMINITTASKS form.
    
    Because the location is stored in CAL$MEETING and I don't know a way 
    to BIND two datasets together, I did the following:
    
    Created an entry form and data file with the fields required - i.e. 
    cal_key, Start time, end time, purpose, location, type. Use the 
    dataset for display and empty all records when user exits the form.
    
    This works okay, but we have to add an empty data file to all 
    existing users' ALL-IN-1 subdirectory. I assume that I also need to 
    include the data file in the OAUSER directory so that new users get 
    it as well. 
    
    Can anyone suggest alternative solutions which involves less work?
