1412.0. "TRM failing in Phase II ...continuation flag reset" by ZPOVC::YEECHIN () Tue Sep 15 1992 04:52

Hi,

After I have installed Patch K605, TRM is failing in Phase 2 with the following
error message.

Continuation flag reset in record OA$SHARAxx.xxxx.WPL

I tried manually creating these files but it still fails.

Please advise.

Regards.
yee chin

    Hi,

My guess is that error is *not* causing TRM to fail. Are you able to
post the log file somewhere World readable?

    Cheers

    Thanks Stuart.

Took your advise and re-looked the log files.
It seems that the other compliant are users still logged unto the
system. Problem now is although SPIRIT (Process killer) runs on this
system which gets rid of users who go home without logging off.
(sad to say but that's quite common in some sites here)
ALL-IN-1 still thinks these people are in unless they do a proper exit.

    About the message

Continuation flag reset in record OA$SHARAxx.xxxx.WPL

Is there a way to get rid of it?

    Thanks again.

1412.3It should already be goneIOSG::MAURICECeci n'est pas une noteWed Sep 16 1992 11:3110
    Hi,

The message "Continuation flag reset in record OA$SHARAxx.xxxx.WPL" is
given after TRM has repaired a DAF record that incorrectly had the
continuation flag set. Now that it has been repaired it should not
    reappear.

    Cheers
