1409.0. "Failed to update TM CIB." by WELCLU::LI (Sau Ha Li, Welwyn) Mon Sep 14 1992 18:30

    Hello,

    Is the following a bug?

    Enter TM
    Enter EV
    Create an event
    - say, 21-Sept, 5pm - 5.30pm, description = "Test"
    Enter EP and I can see the new event I have just created
    Press Down Arrow to display the events for 28-Sept - which happens to
    have no events.
    Press Exit Screen to go back to EV menu
    The TM current item block displayed :
    - date = 28th Sept, Time = 5pm, description = "Test"
    - the time and description fields should be blank!

    I.E. did not update the Time and Description fields in the CIB.

    regards,
    Sau Ha

1409.1Maybe, maybe notAIMTEC::ZANIEWSKI_DWhy would CSC specialists need training?Mon Sep 14 1992 21:305
        I think this is expected behavior. It's subject to
        interpretation. You've never operated on another indexed item
        (P, E, R, etc) so the CIB should not change.

1409.2A bug in TM? Surely not!SCOTTC::MARSHALLDo you feel lucky?Tue Sep 15 1992 09:499
re .1

In that case it's still a bug, as the date has changed in the context block.

re .0

Please SPR this.

    Hello,

    Can someone tell me how to "SPR" the bug? I did manage get away with
    it last time by asking someone to do it for me, but I don't think i
    will be that lucky this time.

    thanks & regards,
    Sau Ha
