Related to note 1376 but of different nature...

Another bug was discovered when creating user print styles from index menu 
UPS$INDEX : doing I to list out existing styles then creating a new one with 
C option.

The new style was created but error was given:

...Error occurred while form UPS$READ was current

Gold W gave additional info:
