    G'day All,
                          
    Here is a bit of background information that may be useful to all
    concerned.  If a customer has WordPerfect integrated into ALL-IN-1 and
    the Message Router Message interface for WordPerfect they will not be
    able to upgrade from 3.1 to 3.2 of Message Router.
    
    When they upgrade they get the following error message
    
    %MR-E-ACCTFL, failed to setup the account identifer
    - (PROBLEM ADDING IDENTIFIER)
    
    WordPerfect in Australia logged a call with the CSC and we advised them
    to delete all Mailbus accounts, this did not help.  They had one
    account and it was their Message Router account called MBWPCORP for the
    Message Router Message interface.   When this account was deleted the
    installation went through without a problem.
    
    WordPerfect have said that it's best to de-integrate the Message Router
    Message interface for WordPerfect before upgrading or remove the
    account name in AUTHORIZE.
    
    I will cross post this in the WordPerfect conference as well.  I put
    this in here because it relates to ALL-IN-1 upgrade.
