Hi,

I am seeing the following at a customer site. (ALL-IN-1 v2.4)

II Accvio whenever OA$DDS_PRIME is set "1".
Works fine when Message Router is shutdown or OA$DDS_PRIME is set to "0".

The only thing the customer noticed was there were multiple entries for
DDS UA for this node. and he has deleted to only one left.


Please assist.

    I have check and found that if I remove the file
    OA$DATA_SHARE:UAPASSWRD.DAT. It works fine.
    
    So I recreated another UAPASSWRD.DAT and tried adding the Useragent
    entry. But it goes into an infinite loop staing VBN errors when I tried
    to assign the DDSID.
    
    I think the Message Router file has corrupted, does anyone know of
    anyway to avoid a re-installation of the Message Router.

    I have managed to add the UA now.
    
    But all the users gets "You could not be Authenticated".
    The entries are in the DDS and I tried re-associating the DDSID but it
    still gives the same error.
    
    I have read that if you readded the useragent, you have to re-add all
    subscriber entries so ....
    I tried to delete one DDS entry but it hangs at the delete. Also, when
    I try to save from an edit of the user profile from ALL-IN-1, it hangs.
                                              
    Please Assist.

    Hello yee chin,
    
    When DDS only contains ALL-IN-1 subscribers I would say: 
    delete the DDS databases and MB$CONFIG Recover DDS. You don't have to 
    re-install. 
    
    Create an empty UAPASSWRD.DAT. ($alli <create UAPASSWRD).
    
    Empty all DDSID in PROFILE:
    
    <FOR profil DO WRITE CHANGE user = .user, ddsid = ""
    
    Now start from scratch like descibed in the MailManGuide. 
    UA, useragent_post, mail_dir_convert.
