Problems sending a document

Hello!

I have a customer using ALL-IN-1 V2.4 and 
sometimes when he use send a document he
gets error mess;

can't copy the file
%OA-E-IOCOPY
-RMS-F-SYS, FILE SPEC SYNTAX ERROR
%OA-I-LASTLINE, DOCUMENT HAS NOT BEEN SENT 

Does anybody know whats wrong?

	Hi, My guess would be that one of the OA$SHARxnnn logicals is incorrectly defined. Since the system cycles through the directories in the write window (defined by OA$SHARx_LOW and _HIGH) this problem would appear to be "random" to the user. Cheers Stuart
