    Digital Press have released part numbers and ordering information for
    the next two books in the "ALL-IN-1" series.  We told customers about
    them last week at the ALL-IN-1 Advanced Technical Seminar in Atlanta,
    so here's the same information.

    Carrying on from where "ALL-IN-1: A Technical Odyssey" left off. I've
    tried to write this book as a companion for the first, so no material
    is duplicated.

    I don't know the internal Digital rate, but apparently 1-800-DIGITAL 
    (in the U.S.) should be able to quote a price any day now.  Overseas 
    people (like me) should contact Will to see when copies will arrive in 
    your country.
    
    I'd like to thank all of the people in IOSG who helped me with
    "ALL-IN-1: Managing and Programming V3.0".  Also the FCS team in ZKO,
    as well as my reviewers scattered around Digital.  I'm sure John will
    join me in these thanks - his reviewers had a harder job (reading all
    that C code) than mine.... ;-)
    
    You may have noticed that my previous "cute" title (Continuing the Odyssey)
    has been changed by Digital Press into something they feel has more 
    commercial value.  My arm was bend severely on this issue.
    
    I'm not sure where the ALL-IN-1 user-level book is at.  It has been in
    the process of writing for the last two years.  Clearly it must be more
    difficult to write user-level books than our stuff.
