PRINTOUT FROM INDEX ------------------- Hello! I have a customer running ALL-IN-1 V2.4 and the users can't print from the Index menu - the terminal is locked. It's no problem to print from the word processing menu. Does anybody has any suggestion/solution for this?? Many thanks in advance, Elisabeth, Office team - Stockholm

This is not a general problem so I'm assuming that there is something wrong
with this particular system which is causing the problem.
1. Does the problem occur on all Index menus - e.g. the WP index, the EM
Index, the EM II IR IO and IC indexes?
2. Does the problem occur when printing Messages, Documents or both?
3. Are there any customizations which could have caused this? Have you
tried $ ALLIN1/NOCUSTOM?
4. During a Print operation a number of progress messages are displayed.
What is the last message which is displayed? Does the print operation
display the Printing Document (WPPARG) menu?
5. Have you done a trace of failing print operation?
