    Hi,
    
    My customer has printing problem. When he tried to print from ALL-IN-1
    menu,the error message are as follows :-
    
    Error open merge file "MIS005645.WPL"
    
    %OA-E-MRGFNF, error open merge file "MIS005645.WPL"
    
    %OA-E-TXTOPNERR, text DSAB open error
    
    These error occured only files which sent by other users which edit 
    style is WPSPLUS. The user who got this problem has edit style is EDT. 
    He can print only mails which sent from user who has the same edit style.
    
    I tried to find .VLF files under his directory but no file found.
    
    ALL-IN-1 V 2.4 and VMS V 5.3-2.
    
    Any suggestion for troubleshooting ???

	The problem would appear to be occurring when ALL-IN-1 is creating a .WPL file. If the WPS-PLUS editor is installed on the system what happens when this user creates a WPS-PLUS document? This can be done by doing WP C and setting the Handling to WPSPLUS. You should also check that the user has a WPSDEF.WPL file in the OAUSER directory. If not copy a new version of WPSDEF.WPL from OA$LIB:. Richard
