1219.0. "%OA-F-VMGET FATAL, LIB$GETVMFAILURE, 604 bytes in OA$QUI$ entry" by KERNEL::SIMPSONR (fred) Tue Aug 11 1992 13:28

I have a customer who is running ALL-IN-1 V3.0 and has one user that is having
  problems, everyone else is fine.

To reproduce the problem the user simply prints some documents then goes to
JS (Job Services), IP and attempts to delete one of their jobs. The cursor
then goes to the bottom and waits for 3 or 4 minutes, then the following
error message is put to screen:

  %OA-F-VMGET FATAL, LIB$GETVMFAILURE, 604 bytes in OA$QUI$ entry

Then the user is logged out of ALL-IN-1. It happens to all his documents.

  Any ideas?
  Thanks,
  Richard Simpson (SSC).

Since this only happens to one user is there anything unusual with that
user's VMS and ALL-IN-1 accounts, e.g. quotas, working set limits, etc.

He has compared two accounts. They both have the same quotas and working
set limits. He is going to up the pagfloquo and the working extent as a test.
  Any other ideas......

  Thanks,
  Richard.

Is it possible that JBCSYSQUE.DAT is corrupt? I'm not that familiar
with it, but doesn't it key on the user name somehow? Of course, if
you're using VMS V5.5-1, then it would be a different file. Does
SHOW ENTRY work for this user? ALL-IN-1 is using the same system
    service.
