Hi,
Another wish, this time for DDS search.
If a customer has say A SMITH in the ALL-IN-1 profile and B SMITH in
DDS and the OA$DDS_PRIME flag is set to 1. ALL-IN-1 will find A SMITH
and will not search DDS.
The enhanced system would search ALL-IN-1 profile than DDS and
automagically display A SMITH and B SMITH. At the moment no message is
displayed informing the user to do a GOLD M than SMD.
I have had three wishes so far today. I better not ask for more I could
turn into a frog :-).

With out searching dds, you couldn't tell... the whole point of DDS
prime 1, is to avoid searching dds if results found.
I guess you could have a profile-prime, always check DDS, OA$DDS_PRIME
value....

Hi Winton,
I knew that someone will come back with what you have said. The reason
why I have put this request is because some customers do want search
DDS, without setting OA$DDS_PRIME to 2.
If there is a logical that forces ALL-IN-1 to search DDS prime I
suppose that would be ideal than we would not need OA$DDS_PRIME. Okay
I will withdraw this wish.
It's just that customer's are always looking for automagical solutions
and don't want to loss performance wise. Maybe it's a question of
training the users to do a Gold M than a SMD.

Unfortunately the executive mode logical overrides a user defined one -
If you TRUST the user you can
$define/exec(/job/group) oa$dds_prime 2
