	When RSD runs, it fails with an access violation upon reading the first
shared area which is closed.  I've read the STARS article #2868 on this occuring
in v2.4 and it is stated that this problem is resolved in v3.0.  

	I am running v3.0 and am experiencing this problem.  Did this problem 
get fixed in this release?  Is there a workaround besides opening the first 
mail area that it encounters?

Hi,

This problem *is* fixed in V3.0 RSD.  The only problem is, the V3.0 installation
doesn't "provide" the V3.0 RSD image.  Hence after your upgrade, you're still
using the V2.4 RSD program.  I believe there is a STARS article, and possibly
other notes in this conference, that detail how to get the V3.0 RSD program.

    Less indeciveness Scott, there *IS* a STARS article, and there *IS* a
    note (318.8) on the subject in this conference, written by you :-)
