A customer who is running VMS 5.4 and ALL-IN-1 2.4 has got one user who
is having problems addressing mail messages to users using distribution
lists.
The user creates a mail message, and adds a distribution list as an
addressee, then enters the subject of the message. When she presses
return here, to go inot the editor, she gets the following message
"OA-W-CAB_ADDR_OFLOW, cannot add address to message."
OA$MTI_LIMIT_LISTS is set to 1, so I believe that this should limit
addressees to about 550-600 (depending on the length of the adrresses)
The lists she is trying to use contain no more than 10 addresses, but
the user still gets the problem.
The problem only happens for this user, and has only started happening
since Friday, but of course, nothing has changed!
Any ideas?

| Any chance her PDAF can't get any bigger? Can she run FCO?
