1167.0. "Breaking at 52 lines instead of 54" by MCIS2::TROTTO () Mon Aug 03 1992 17:40
Hi,
I have a question about printing. Our systems just upgraded to V3.0 of
ALL-IN-1 and V4.1 of WPS. I work in a Learning Center and had a user
call and say she was printing a document at 10 pitch, margins are set
for 6 lines at the top, six lines at the bottom, total 66 lines per page.
She set the Autopagenate to No and put New Page breaks at every 54
lines.
She is printing to an LN03 and with the previous version this worked
fine. Now, the system is automatically breaking the pages at 52 lines
and then again at 54 lines. If she prints to an LPS40 she has no
problem. Also, it doesn't seem to matter if it is a queue printer or
slave printer.
Does anyone have a suggestion?
Thanks,
Ann

1167.3 | It should work... | MCIS2::TROTTO | | Tue Aug 04 1992 14:05 | 8 |
| TOTAL 66 lines per page is the normal. 6 lines at the top, 6 lines
at the bottom and 54 lines of text.
In ALL-IN-1 under the print menu if you choose PG (change pagination
settings) you see page size 66 with top and bottom margins at 6. This
worked in the old versions and does work on a LPS40, just not a LN03.
