1165.0. "Profile change won't reflect in DDS !" by KAOT01::R_OBAS (it's 249 days before christmas) Mon Aug 03 1992 16:03

    Hello,

My customer made some changes to some ALL-IN-1 users profile.
Department field was edited and the change was reflected to
ORGANIZATIONAL unit in DDS. There is one user that DDS org unit
just would not reflect the change from DEPARTMENT field.I checked the
MDFLAG, it is set to "Y".Just for the heck of it I set MDFLAG to "N"
then back to "Y", same problem. Network profile looks alright.
What else am I missing ?

    thanks,
    ricardo

    Ricardo,

If the user does US SPD does it change? does trace show anything - no
I don't want to see the trace!

    If all else fails try:
    <get #dds_Account = "ALL-IN-1 username"
    <do subscriber_change

    regards,

Another thought... are you sure that the profile record maps to the correct
DDS user? Eg is the profile field DDSID correct?

Scott
