Hi, I have a customer which has an ALL-IN-1 user whose document count is always increased by the CDQ by 100++. He says that he definitely did not archive more than 10 documents. The FC LF shows up a document count which is always much lesser than the CDQ counted. This 'mis-count' is happening consistently each time it is run. Can someone give some pointers? Regards, yee chin

Which version of ALL-IN-1 are you running on?
Have all the patches been applied to it?
I believe there are patches to both V2.3 and V2.4 that are required to
make CDQ work.
Cheers

Thanks Stuart for your assistance.
The setup I have is
ALL-IN-1 V2.4 (no patches)
I have gone through the patches and looked at the part on CDQ fixes.
It does not match the problem I have. Although I had to take that guy's
word that he has not archived more than 10 files.
Anyway, if I can't find anything else. I would probably patch the
system.

yee chin
