PRODUCT: ALL-IN-1 V2.3 (with Patch K537), V2.4
SOURCE: Customer Support Center/Atlanta USA
OVERVIEW:
With Patch K5367for ALL-IN-1 V2.3 and in ALL-IN-1 V2.4 there are
several new TRM (FCVR) features which may be enabled. Below is an
explanation of how to enable these features on the system.
INFORMATION:
From ALL-IN-1 in the Manager account, enter:
MGT
MMF
SEL
Master: SM_UTILITY_MASTER {return}
Record: TRM {return}
E {return}
{Tab} down to the fields under the label FCVR policies
The fields are defined as follows:
Orphan Files - ONLY available On V2.4 systems (not in V2.3 with Patch K536)
if enabled ( set to 1 for listing only, set to 2
to delete file) TRM will perform orphan file checking.
This will find all occurences of files in the users
and shared directories which DO NOT have an associated
file cabinet reference. TRM (FCVR) will complete
faster if this is disabled (set to 0).
NOTE: To get orphan file checking, body file checking
must also be enabled.
FCVR Del Messages Flag - ONLY Appears On Form in V2.3 With Patch K537
NOT USED
\********* INTERNAL USE ONLY ***************
\Below is the description of what this flag was intended to do, although
\per the code, it is NOT used in the procedure:
\ if enabled (set to 1) then TRM (FCVR)
\ will check for files in the users area and
\ shared directories that are not referenced
\ from a DOCDB or system daf. TRM (FCVR) is
\ faster if you disable this feature (set to 0).
\
\************************************************
Recovered Messages acnt - if this field is blank then the
RECOVERED SHARED DOCUMENTS folder
will not be created. Shared documents
that do not have DOCDB pointers will be
deleted. FCVR is faster if this field
is blank.
Check body Files - If enabled (set to 1), TRM (FCVR) will actually
check if the associated RMS text files that are
pointed to exist. TRM (FCVR) is faster if this
field is set to 0 which disables this feature.
