We are in the process of looking at the pricing schemes of our competition in order to develop a proposal for modifying the ALL-IN-1 pricing structure. To adequately develop a proposal we need information about both our host based competition and our client/server based competition. Of course, we are on a short timeframe....by Tuesday!! Can anyone give us information about our competition's pricing scheme or where to go to get it (besides the competition itself!!)?

Does this have anything to do with ALL-IN-1 *Personal* Licenses? I have been averaging a call a week from specialists to sales to marketing types wanting a script to determine the number of actual ALL-IN-1 users from the profile. This of course has to run and produce output with no involvement by the customer! That aside, a personal license may be the way to go. This license could be used anywhere on the company network. You could use SM_PLM_COUNT.SCP on V2.4 if you take out the one line LMF check from the front. This script has been removed from V3.0. Regards, Paul |
