    While ding Index on GPC menu, with all filed blank, some of our ALL-IN-1
    accounts display both base note with replies and some accounts display 
    only base note (*.0) without replies.  What makes the difference?

	Go to GPC SWC in their accounts, and see if they have set up anything in the Index Note Range fields. Graham

	Hi Terry In both V2.4 and V3.0, the GPC SWC fields DEFAULT_FROM/TO_RANGE will affect what the index shows. Although, if a user has these fields filled in, it is copied into the relevent RANGE_FROM/TO fields on the index form so they will not be blank. Richard

	I have checked From/To fields. They are not set. Still can't figure out why some accounts display replies and some don't. We are running V2.4 PBL8C3 7-Jun-1990. One of common factor is that those accounts display replies were created before upgrade to V2.4. Those accounts display no replies were created on V2.4.

	I have a feeling that the problem is related to the note 1013. Since OAN$INDEX$FIND has prefunction which related to calendar.
