    Hi,  
    
    A customer site has ALL-IN-1 Version 2.3 and 5.4-1 of VMS installed,
    it's an unpatched version of ALL-IN-1.
    
    The customer is experiencing the following problem, he moves documents
    from tape to the archived area, they appeared to have been restored. 
    The logfile confirms this.  When the user goes to retrieve the archived
    documents they get the following error message "Archive is not on line
    the document will be restored by operator".
    
    I read an article in Stars call "Moving Files to and from Offline
    Archive Areas", which suggested that the BACKUP command has the
    following added  /LABEL='Archive_label'.  As stated the files have been
    copied to the archived area.

    I've removed the log file form the base note and posted it in:
    
    	IOSG::NOTES$LIBRARY:ALL-IN-1_949.LOG
    
    Please don't post logfiles directly in the conference!
