A customer running ALL-IN-1 V2.4 VMS V5.4-3 has experienced the
following problem.
A user in the Inbox Index had just Read three mail local mail messages
and was in the process of Printing one of them when the DECsever 200 he
was attatched to crashed. When he resumed the session no messages were
in the Inbox. Where are they ?
A search on NOTED, UNREAD and READ reveals nothing.
An ALL-IN-1 Index search revealed 1620 documents, a EDIT/READ of DOCDB
gives 1620 lines. A search of PENDING.DAT for this user gave no
pointers to any OA$SHARn files.
Has anyone seen a similar scenario ?
Has anyone got any bright ideas ?
