Hello,
I have a customer upgrading ALL-IN-1 from V2.4 (no patches) to
V3.0, and they get errors when the install tries to BUILD SHARED
IMAGES. It complains that logins are disabled, and says to try
again. They had set logins = 0, but will install with them set
to 64. This is a note to inform/warn others that this problem
exists in VMS version 5.4-2 at least.

There are actually quite a few notes and STARS articles on this.
The Logins Interactive bug in VMS affects all versions of ALL-IN-1
above 2.3 and was finally fixed in VMS 5.4-3
