We have a customer who runs both ALL-IN-1 and A1DESKtop. He wants to upgrade to ALL-IN-1 V2.4, which according to the documentation requires A1DESKtop V1.1. On the other hand A1DESKtop V1.1 will NOT run on V2.3 according to the documentation. This puts him in a CATCH-22 situation which requires upgrading both ALL-IN-1 and A1DESKtop at the same time. He would like to know if despite the what the documentation says, can he run V1.0 DESKtop on V2.4 of ALL-IN-1 or V1.1 DESKtop on V2.3 of ALL-IN-1 such that he won't need to perform both upgrades at one shot. Thanks, Cb.

Yes, you can run the v1.0 server on an ALL-IN-1 IOS v2.4 system. You will have to re-install the v1.0 server after the upgrade. Dave Zaniewski |
