Hello,
It must be Friday, I'm getting only the wierd calls today....
The customer (running ALL-IN-1 V2.3 with no patches) has a
concern about his shared folders. They have observed that on
occasion when they try to select a number of documents and
do an XMCD that the documents that get copied are not always
the ones they selected. In addition they occasionally find
documents in their OUTBOX that were originally from a shared area,
and were never cross filed.
The user base is fairly experienced, so user error is not a likely
source for the problem. Is there anyone with an insight to this?

| There are so many problems fixed with shared folders that you should
want very much to at the very least get patched up to date. I think
that V2.4 patched up to date or V3.0 will solve the problems. I don't
think they are solved with V2.3 patches. The fixes are in code.
