    Need help for Florida State Department of Corrections --
    
    They're running VMS WordPerfect under ALL-IN-1 and have just upgraded
    from WordPerfect 5.1 to 5.1-1.  SINCE THE UPGRADE, they're having
    two ALL-IN-1 printing problems (VMS version is 5.4-2):
    
    1)  Under FC (file cabinet) option PI (print index), whenever they
    print an index, they always get 4 copies.
    
    2)  Ditto #1 for printing an Event from TM (time management).
    
    Any help out there?  Oh yes, I could simply say "call WordPerfect"
    except there have been "customer satisfaction" problems at this account
    -- mainly, they're ready to ditch ALL-IN-1 IOS and PATHWORKS for NOVELL
    and WordPerfect.  Resolving this problem for them is part of our
    "Digital Difference" -- we have local people in town, versus just the
    WPO hotline.
