| You probably ought to take this up with product management, and they
aren't in this conference very often.
Try the Corporate Prduct Manager (Bill Colquitt @ ZKO) or if there's
another PM for Canada, try them.

It does. Its in the new fancy format (without the binders stuff).

As a workaround they can pull the documentation from the
option kit distribution (OAWDlanguage024.A)
[OAWDOC]PRINTER_CHAR.PS;1
[OAWDOC]PRINTER_CHAR.TXT;1
[OAWDOC]PROP_PRINT_GUIDE.PS;1
[OAWDOC]PROP_PRINT_GUIDE.TXT;1
[OAWDOC]RELEASE_INSTALL.PS;1
[OAWDOC]RELEASE_INSTALL.TXT;1
[OAWDOC]USER_REFERENCE.PS;1
[OAWDOC]USER_REFERENCE.TXT;1
The ALL-IN-1 documentation in bookreader format is also updated
for WPS-PLUS 4.x.

Re:.0
This is not an isolated incident. We get a lot of this incident.
You're best approach is to verify with the local CAS, as to what your
customer should be receiving, then get in touch with Leslie Henri,SDC in
Kanata and make her aware that your customer is being neglected as far
as updates is concerned. (depends on what the CAS people will tell
you).
