    We have had a customer install V3.0 as an upgrade to V2.4.  In V2.4
    he had the ALLIN1 VMS account and SYSTEM sharing the same UIC [1,4].
    This is how it was installed by DEC Software Support.
    
    In the Installation Guide, Page 7-18 it is documented that the UIC
    must be unique.  On Page 7-19 for an UPGRADE/UPDATE the customer is
    told that the current ALL-IN-1 characteristics will be displayed
    and ask if these are correct.  Unless the customer reads the sentence
    on the previous page and does not assume that because sharing the
    same UIC with SYSTEM worked in the past it will work for V3.0 - they
    will be unable to do anything in MGT once they upgrade.
    
    The installation lets them keep the same UIC as the SYSTEM.  
    
    Purpose of this note:  Make sure you change the UIC at Installation,
    its a whole lot easier than afterwards.
