717.0. "Remote Mail unavailable?" by TROOA::BURGOS (SHERI BURGOS @TRO) Tue May 19 1992 22:57

I am using Mobilizer which requires addressing in remote format. ie.
Name @location. I get a Message delivery Failure Report from Allin1
IOS saying that Remote Mail is unavailable. I'm only using one system
without Message Router. How can I fix this?
Demo tomorrow...Would appreciate a prompt response.

    Thanks,
    Sheri

    Sheri,

To use remote mail in ALL-IN-1 (please note the correct spelling of our
favourite product) you need to either install Message Router locally
or to define on your ALL-IN-1 system that it will be using a Message
Router that is installed on another node.

Both of these procedures are documented in the ALL-IN-1 Mail Management
    Guide.

And Mobilizer for ALL-IN-1 does require Message Router.

Am I going to run into problems configuring Message Router after
    ALL-IN-1 has been configured? (ALL-IN-1 V2.4 AND MR V3.2)

    Thanks,
    Sheri

    Sheri,

Good noting practice is to NOT start new notes when the topic hasn't
changed so i've moved reply .3 from note 724.0

The answer to your latest question is No - everything you need to
do should be in the documentation I referred you to in .1
