A customer wants a quote on American English and British English lexicons. I gave the sales rep the AQ and BB numbers in 571.1, but he said that they would not work in the Automatic Quote System (AQS). Any ideas of how the rep should go about quoting the lexicons? Where can I get the needed numbers for the Australian English lexicon? Thx. Carol Ritz DTN 486-6414

Carol, You may be able to get these from Tony -- aren't they generally in the format of: QC-FOSTERS-xx where 'xx' is a variant indicating warm, cold, head, no head, etc? Sorry, couldn't resist Jon |
