    hi -
    
    i have a user who created a mail message on nodea, this message had
    about 12 people on the TO: prompts and 4-5 on the CC: prompts.  one of
    the recipients rec'd the message, but the TO: and CC: people were not
    listed. 
    
    There was just 
    	DATE: 	06-may-1992 01:47pm CDT
    	FROM:	user b
    	DEPT:	cosd
    	TEL NO:	
    	
    	TO: 	See Below
        SUBJECT:message subject
     
    		message text
    
    
    __________________________BOTTOM________________________________
    
    
    there was no listing of TO: and CC: peoples.  If i do a SH the TO: and
    CC: listing appears!  go figure!
    
    when the user sent a reply back to the sender, it performed the same
    way - no listing of TO: and CC: unless you did a SH.
    
    There are a lot of customizations here, however, i don't think this
    area has been customized.

    forgot - its ALL-IN-1 2.4 unpatched.

    This sounds like one of the standard customisations to the Mail read
    Boilerplates.
    
    What happens with /NOCUSTOM?
    
    Are there any updated versions of MAILMEMO%.BLP? Either in OA${SITE}BLP
    or elsewhere. Even a private version in the user's directory.
