    	I have customer who is dialing in through watn 
    	He gets in no problem but, when he goes to use
    	his gold keys in all-in-1 they won't work..
    
    	Suggestions.?

    What does VMS think his terminal type is?
    
    I'm guessing that the WATN access is making us think it's a tetminal
    that doesn't have a gold key. Either find out what's going wrong, or
    issue a $SET TERM/DEVICE=xxx command.

    Well it needs to be something we recognise.
    
    My Workstation LAT window says it's a VT300_Series, which is obviously
    acceptable.
    
    What's the Device_type field in a $SHO TERM before invoking the image?
