I read in a STARS article which I now cannot find that ALL-IN-1 2.4 with WPS-PLUS 4.0 does not allow the user to print to document destination of DOCUMENT anymore. If you try and read it you get a blank document and if you edit it, it gives you an error. Does anyone know if this is likely to be fixed or not, or if there is an alternative workaround? Thanks julia CSC

Julia, Don't have a system running "The patch Kit from Hell" on it available today but on ALL-IN-1 v3.0 when you try and print to Document it gives you a menu that looks like. Print to Document CR Create a new revisable document CF Create a new final form document O Overwrite an existing document A Append to an existing document Don't know what that means but it looks like it is still supported. ... quickly changing his editor back to EDT ... Re: .0 The ALL-IN-1 V2.4 print to DOCUMENT overwrites an existing document. A problem was introduced in the WPS-PLUS V4 Update such that if the document to be overwritten is not ASCII the resulting document cannot be read or edited. The workaround is to always select an ASCII document as the output document for Print to DOCUMENT. Re: .1 Print to DOCUMENT was upgraded in ALL-IN-1 V3.0 to allow printing to existing documents and creating new documents and the problems introduced by the WPS-PLUS V4.0 Update option were fixed.
