I have reproduced a customer problem, that when you print from ALL-IN-1 2.4 WPS-PLUS V4.0 to an ansi queue to a DEClaser 2250 and specify REAR papertray it fails with the following error: %LPS-W-RANGECHECK, rangecheck: Argument out of bounds - offending command is setpapertray %LPS-E-FLUSHING, Rest of Job (to EOJ) will be ignored Is this a known problem! If so any workarounds!! Regards, Richard Simpson (SSC).

It's a known problem. One workaround is to set the papertray to NOTRAY. I think the problem was fixed in WPS-PLUS V4.1 by a change to the DECLASER printer table. Using ALL-IN-1 V3.0 (WPS-PLUS V4.1) I tried printing a WPS-PLUS document with paper tray set to REAR to an Ansi queue and I did not get an error. I suggest you also ask in the WPS-PLUS conference, because it may be possible to change the DECLASER.PRA file. Richard |
