    Environment:

    VMS 5.4-3
    ALLIN1 2.4
    WordPerfect 5.0
    ALL-IN-1/WPerfect integration 2.0

    ALL-IN-1 Desktop 1.0
    Wordperfect 5.1
    DOS 3.3


    This happens intermittently, and is not always repeatable on command
    (terrible sentence-sorry).

    Scenario

    Two users using terminals only (VT320) in ALL-IN-1 using Wordperfect
    SEND a message with an attachment also in Wordperfect to an ALL-IN-1
    Desktop user.  Desktop user does not get the attachment, yet the entire
    message is in the Desktop's users account on the VAX.  It happens only
    when VT users send WP attachments to Desktop users, never vice versa
    and not all the time.  At first, I thought it might be a licensing
    problem (as the client has only a 5 user WP ALL-IN-1 license), but it
    has happend when only 2 users are on the system.

    I have talked to WP Corp. and they are also working on it.  The client
    is a good client but some of the users are getting concerned and
    starting to lack confidence in their desktop enviornment.  Any
    suggestions?
