    Yes - submitted as QAR sometime ago etc etc... STARS article available
    and all that good stuff.
    
    Unfortunately it didn't get fixed for BL123A. The fix is of course
    to use CM with key sequences such as
    CM ABE SEL CO CM SEL E (change the spec) ML AM PME MLA
    (did I miss any?)

    The sequence could be shorter:
    
    	CM ABE SEL CO CM E (change the spec) MLA PME ML (from the
        Maintainer account.
    
    Next ... Any Application Maintainer should either modify their personal
    template which has been copied in OAUSER, or delete the template from
    OAUSER, and start CM again. In the last case the new
    CM_APPLICATION.A1$ESO will be copied.
