Does anybody know what the default settings are for the new flags for
privileged accounts when you upgrade from 2.3/2.4 to 3.0?
Are they the default settings as in the template or are they different?

Don't know if this exactly what you mean Arjen, but the Profile
flags for PRVUDPDCL, PRVUDPFNC, PRVXOWN, PRVVIEW are all set to
"Y" after a primary language upgrade (from V2.3, Starter V1.0,
V2.4 Starter and IOS to V3.0). With the symbols that used to be
in the permanent symbol tables (confirm$sel, cover$note, delete$prompt,
etc.) - they will be set according to their existing values for each
user. Have a look at scripts PST_TO_PROF/2.SCP in BL 123 to see what
is happening.

Note that this wasn't the case in some of the base-levels - the new
privs got changed to N on upgrades, sometimes.
This is as Dave T says in the SSB kit, however.
