OK, I'll bite, why do you want to know?
Graham
PS I can probably find out if someone from FRO or Norway doesn't post
an answer here.

<<< Note 358.2 by IOSG::WDAVIES "Winton Davies,IOSG" >>>
-< "Nicht Eilig" LTS "Normal" , but "SECOND" GTS "FIRST" >-
Because...
(Kids you should try this at home!)
I have a suspicion that in non-English languages, messages get sent
at the wrong precedent... In German I think the Deutschlanders will
find that Nicht_Eilig messages go to Message Router in Eilig mode...
In Norvege, I KNOW oa$translate(EXPRESS) messages go on to mail queue
ie oA$translate(SECOND_CLASS).
(For the technically minded, this is due to the fact that the inventors
of languages other than English had the temerity to organise the
translations of EXPRESS,FIRST CLASS and SECOND CLASS in a different
alphabetic ordering ! :-))

p.s. Don't bother with a QAR, I already have one - and the fix for a
PFR or even a PFP.
