    A customer is using WPS-PLUS/DOS V3.1a and ALL-IN-1 V2.3
    He has always happyly used file transfer by asynchronous line with 
    SETHOST.
    All of a sudden he is not able anymore to do this.
    
    What happens is this.
    
    The user logs into ALL-IN-1, via SETHOST, from a DECstation running 
    WPS-PLUS for DOS V3.1, to do document transfer.  When attempting to use
    the RD option, from the DT menu, the system generates a " Unable to 
    initiate the document transfer "
    
        Press Gold W and receive:
       	%OA-I-LOGERROR, %DDX-E-NOCNTC, Unable to initiate the document
     	transfer  
        %OA-I-Lastline, Error occurred while trying to receive
        a document.
    
    I've noticed that the script DXRD is returning the second error.
    The customer told me that a file SYS$DISK:[]filename.DXT is created but 
    it is empty.
    
    Does anybody know where the first error is coming from and what is 
    actually means, and why this .DXT is empty.
