    Hi,
    
    I have a customer who is running ALL-IN-1 V2.4.  He is also using the
    shared file cabinet asset (un-customized).  He would like to upgrade
    his ALL-IN-1 with the WPS-PLUS V4.0 upgrade.  We got him the patch
    required for the shared file cabinet option, however he can't get the
    first install to succeed.  He gets the following error during the
    install:
    
    %OAWLENGLISH-I-PATHCUST, This patch modifies a customized element.
    -OAWLENGLISH-I-PATHCUST, /WPCONT1/
    -OAWLENGLISH-I-PATHCUST, Refer to the file SYS$UPDATE:A1PATCH$OAWLENGLISH02
    4_REPORT.TXT for details
    %DIFF-F-OPENIN, error opening VAX3$DUB0:[SYS0.SYSUPD.OAW024.A001ENGLISH]WPC
    ONT1.FLG as input
    -RMS-E-FNF, file not found
    
    Where would this file be coming from if it isn't where it is supposed
    to be?  Any suggestions?  I am not familiar with their site.  I'm
    hoping that I can find where the original form is and move it to where
    it is expected to be.

	Don, Please see note 25.4 and topic 93 as it appears that this very message was observed by the entire (both?) SFCP support team up the road in Charlotte. The things you need to do are: 1) make sure you READ the cover letter for the option Kit 2) make sure you have the later super-duper improved Dan'l Lanphear version of SFCP R1.2A Regards, Andrew.D.Wicks
