    Hi.
    
    I'm posting this note to see if perhaps there's any interest out there
    for ALL-IN-1 EARS training.  We're considering holding a 3�-day EARS
    Training Course here in Charlotte, NC.  The dates are to be determined;
    we'll take into consideration whatever works out best for the majority
    of the attendees.

EARS Training Course Objectives:
    
EARS User Training section

	 After completing this section, the student will be able to:

	 �  Describe the components of a review item
	 �  Understand EARS passwords (what they are and when they are used)
	 �  Create a review item
	 �  Create a review list with Serial and Parallel reviewers
	 �  Create Alternate and Surrogate reviewers
	 �  Approve a review item
	 �  Reject a review item
	 �  Cancel a review item
	 �  View review item status
	 �  Add additional reviewers
	 �  Use comments (Permanent and Informational)
	 �  Convert a review item that has been rejected


EARS System Management

	 After completing this section, the student will be able to:

            sample EARS action routine scripts can be found

	 �  List the various EARS data files and describe the contents of each
	 �  State where EARS uses each of the data files
	 �  Look at EARS$DATABASE for a review item and find the different 
            components in it using the ALL-IN-1 Electronic Authorization and 
            Routing Application Programmer's Guide.
	 �  Customize the supplied sample review items (DOCUMENT and
